How much weight will I lose if?
I'm 60 lbs overweight and have just started getting active. I am jogging 20 mintues every morning on the treadmill along with doing 45 minutes of Winsor Pilates each afternoon. I am eating a bowl of cereal with skim milk for breakfast, a turkey sandwich for lunch, a well balanced meal for dinner, and fruits and veggies during the day. How much weight do you think I will lose a week if I keep this up for the rest of my life? I'm ready to take control of my health and be here for my kids.
Its not safe to lose over 2 pounds per week. You will lose more the first week but please don't exceed the safe zone as you will just cut your metabolic rate. You need a protein in the morning, make sure you have plenty of ruits and veggies.
