Has anyone tried susan lucci's exercise machine called Malibu Pilates?
I was just watching Susan Lucci's info --commercial selling a new exercise machine which is basically a chair and it is called Malibu Pilates
has anyone bought it or tried it ... what do you think of it
it wonderful! one of my fav workouts.
i also like leslie sansones "walk away the pounds" i did the 1 mile walk(on the video) everyday for 10 months and lost 60 pounds.
oh and the "ab lounge" is great!!
